<텔릭 Telic>은 우리가 살아가는 지구라는 행성을 어디론가에서 우발적으로 굴러들어오거나 불러들여진 우연과 예측불허의 원형의 세계로 설정하고 시작하며, 지구라는 행성에서 인간이라는 현상과 조각, 소리, 빛이 조우하며 만들어질 수 있는 초월적 경험을 건축적 경사면 공간을 설정하고, 그 위에 퍼포먼스로 구성하여 보여준다. 이것은 대지 아래 지하세계에 도사리고 있는 지구의 심장박동과 같은 소리에 대한 상상으로, 자본, 자원, 노동, 데이터의 순환 과정을 경유하며 물리적으로 관찰되어지는 지구적 현상과 감각의 층위로서의 땅 속 이야기를 환청과 소환, 마찰과 중첩, 파괴와 섞임 등의 주관적인 서사로 보여준다.
<Telic> begins by framing the planet Earth as an accidental and unpredictable spherical world—one that seems to have rolled in from elsewhere or been involuntarily summoned. Set within this premise, the work unfolds as a performance that stages transcendental experiences emerging from encounters between the phenomenon of the human and sculpture, sound, and light on this planet. The work draws from an imagination of sounds akin to the Earth’s heartbeat, lurking beneath the subterranean world below the ground. By passing through the cycles of capital, resources, labor, and data, it renders physically observable planetary phenomena and layers of sensation as subjective narratives shaped by auditory hallucination and invocation, friction and overlap, destruction and mixture.
